It sounds like you are looking for a sliding fifth wheel hitch. We have sliding hitches available, but the Curt Q24 Fixed Fifth Wheel Hitch, # C16245, does not slide.

This is a common issue with folks who want to tow a fifth wheel trailer. There are a couple things you can do to make sure you have everything set up correctly.

If you currently have Curt bed rails, you can reuse your existing rails and use the # C16427 frame brackets.
It is strongly recommended that the frame brackets and the bed rails be from the same manufacturer. Using brackets and rails from two different manufacturers might lead to an unknown weight capacity, which would be bad.

It's great that you are being cautious but so long as the tow rating of your 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500 and weight capacity of your fifth wheel hitch are both higher than the GVWR of your fifth wheel trailer than you are safe to tow.

To safely tow your trailer I recommend you do not install the lift kit on your 2012 Ford F-250.
Trucks with a lift kit tend to pose a very tough challenge for towing. We do not offer any sort of adapter/kit to raise the height of the 5th wheel hitch in your truck bed. An air suspension kit would not be the answer to leveling your fifth wheel with a lifted truck.

I wish I had better news but there are no adapters that will allow you to make 90 degree turns as long as you are using the gooseneck in your truck and on your trailer. The only adapter I could recommend is the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System, part # AM3200, but it would only give you an additional 5-1/2 inches of clearance and that would not work with a trailer that is 103 inches wide as you said your trailer is.
